Rate & Date is a dating app strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We are committed to maintaining a safe platform and have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use Rate & Date. We require date of birth during registration and enforce this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors are immediately terminated.
Rate & Date has a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. This includes:
Any such content or behavior results in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
Profile photos uploaded to Rate & Date are screened using AWS Rekognition to detect inappropriate content. Content flagged for potential CSAM is removed immediately and escalated for review.
Users can report any account or content they believe involves a minor or CSAE activity directly within the app using the in-app report feature available on every profile and message. Reports are reviewed promptly.

Rate & Date cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and complies with all applicable laws regarding the reporting and removal of CSAM. We report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC's CyberTipline as required by law.
